Fill the online form with you name, phone number, email address and postal address.
Proceed to checkout – accept our terms and conditions and make payment with credit/debit card or PayPal.
You will receive an automated notification email with the next steps.

Please, use your full name as a reference print the invoice of your payment.

Take the hair sample and send it to us together with the printed invoice. (NZ Post Courier or standard post only)

Go to our test and choose a test kit.
